We are a prototyping facility that any service member, regardless of rank, on Fort Liberty that can design and build out of various materials to help bring your ideas into reality.

Innovation has to be careful as it’s allowing some of the ideas to sneak in that are actual long-time problems and not innovative. Some of these require ‘scaling’ to solve and innovation isn’t designed to create a new carriage system for all of the combat arms heavy weapons and rockets. But they found themselves in this space last time and couldn’t scale, there wasn’t any formal way to do so for the units and no $ to do so. Division was ready to solve the problem and ended up running outta time as the CG left.

Creating a little part on a 3D printer is cool, but it’s not solving the main and long-term problems of the force as this is sometimes misused as.

You bring up a great point..authorities. There are a bunch of these small innovation cells standing up, but what are their authorities to act?
