SIG SAUER - Never Settle

Milipol – Taiga Military

Swedish clothing company Taiga is almost unheard of in the United States but they make much of the Swedish military’s environmental clothing such as the snow camouflaged system pictured here. It includes the Field Jacket LWO, Field Trouser LWO and Reinforcement Hat SF, all in Snow UV Pattern.

Always thought the Swedish patterns looked cool, especially this one.

Outstanding stuff for winter, but very, VERY expensive

  3. Wider says:

small backpack cover (just simple piece of nylon) for about 100 USD, simple snow overjacket (no pockets, no goretex, just nylon shirt with hood) 300 bucks… it´s really a bit too much. Goretex jacket about 900 bucks!

Expensive as unobtanium, but really the go-to place for very durable, very well-made, well-thought out gear, for when you for some reason finds yourself outdoors, for many days, hauling that big pack, in that cold/wet nasty weather. And you really need to NOT be seen. Not even by those darn NV/IR/UV-sensor-thingys….
