The SIDLOK is a revolutionary new mounting system for optics, introduced earlier this year. The patented cam system locks the mount down onto Picatinny rail without the need of tools, side levers, or huge knobs. The release system allows users to easily change out there optics on the fly with less hassle. The 2 levels of locks (MRO Mount) ensure the optic will not move unintentionally, maintaining zero for the shooter, and returning to absolute zero when remounting in same position after removal. This lightweight mount utilizes a lower 1/3 co-witness. In an exclusive partnership with Rainer Arms, the New MRO mount will be initially available at their website for a limited time.

Their trying to knock Larue out of the top spot for best mount. Hate to tell me, that it will not happen till they have thousands upon thousands of mounts that have been trough the wring like Larues. While the aforementioned is just me making fun of them, I’m interested in seeing the longevity of this type of mount.
They (and many others) beat Larue to the MRO game though… I ended up going with the Midwest Industries setup. It’s pretty nice and held zero quite well after removing and reinstalling.
I would have waited for Larue but there was not a lot of info coming out concerning any MRO mounts.
Mainly because the MRO has turned out not to be that good. Why rush and waste money developing something that is not going to be that big of a seller.
