BEMeyers – the company which does not reply to Emails. Expacilly if you are a bad communist and use the worldst largest mail provider…

Yes, I second that huh??? Please elaborate on who this “commie” is and the largest mail provider in the world??
I am the bad communist, because I use Yandex as mail provider for many reasons.
When I emailed BEM with that provider, I received an automatic reply: BEM Mail Server is setted to refuse yandex at all.
So, because statistics are saying yandex isn´t even a big host for spamers, rather than yahoo and gmail are used more often by spamers, I would infront disagree to all “safety reason” arguments BEM tech experts would may claim.
After that – I mailed them with an american mail provider,
and in that mail I also pointed on that issue with Yandex.
No reply at all since ever – neither for my request, nor for the reported issue with the mail provider.
So, seems like BEM doesn´t like commies 😉

Well, you could shortcut it and say like so, but it changes the context. My mails main purpose was completely another one and they simply do not care to reply to this aswell.
So, if you already want to be polemic, you need to say: BEM doens´t want to take the time to discuss anything by email.
Sad – because neither you nor BEM seems to understand the purpose of a company. By law, they are not free to do how they want to. They have to provide a benefit for the sociaty. This is the main reason a gov. is allowing private companys. They do not fullfill it in the second they decide to not reply. It is not on the CEO of them, nor on any employee, to decide if they can do this or not. It´s by law.
No, by your own admission, you attempted to engage them in a discussion about your email provider. BE Meyers isn’t in the email business, they are in the photonics business.
What’s more, you have a very skewed view of pretty much everything. No one has to engage you.
You should read your own laws – even Cat. C Profit Companys have to fullfill social and envoiremental goals.
And again: You leaving out the what matters. I emailed them product related. They did not replied.
Secondly, there is no reason for BEM to block a provider. Everybody would rage if they block Gmail out. But because yandex is not US Company – even worse, its located in RU – they are free to block this?
So are you a social or an environmental cause?
Perhaps, you should review another one of our set of laws. Those regarding ITAR.

Oh well, I just gave some feedback about the MAWL and suggested improvements to the unit, aswell as I suggested accessories to it (like they promised by themself – but actually never came up with!). But like companys are nowadays: Why should we appriciate this behaviour of “feedback”. As long as you got no personal contact involved or have some reputational name, nobody cares for you. No matter if Angel7, FirstSpear, BEM, SureFire or Sony, to just name a few coming into my mind right now. Nobody cares for requests…
