Wasn’t this supposed to be available late summer of this year?

I’m looking at this thing and wondering if it’ll be strong enough. But then different rifle configurations need different solutions.

Any idea what kind of molded material it’s made out of? I see a seam, so I’m curious about its strength or re-enforcement. Look promising especially at that price and Magpul’s usual good quality.

    • Jimmy says:

It’s a two piece mounting clamp system. The seam you see is the two components fitting over the rail. It’s made of the same material as the Magpul PMAG.

I was going to get a Haley strategic thorntail, But $30 is more my style. I can live with polymer till I know for sure I want/need this kind of light mount.
