Sneak Peek – TYR Tactical’s Onus Adapter

Named for the Latin word for “load”, the patent pending Onus Adapter allows you to attach a Huron pack up to 50 lbs directly to a Brokos X-frame belt.

    Didn’t the Army try something like this with the original MOLLE system when it first came out? I will be interested to see how this fairs or if some of the same issues crop up again.

      The original USMC version of MOLLE used probe and socket. Nothing like this.

        The fact that it’s a PALS compatible add-on is new and awesome, but the concept is similar to the original MOLLE ruck/belt interface and even more similar to some other frame/belt concepts DEI played around with.

    I like this idea very much. I am assuming it is PALS compatible like mentioned. I am curious to how easy it would be to remove in a hurry.

    This looks like they were inspired by the failed molle system but took a failed idea and made it into something that just might work
