The 80s Called And They Want Their Villain Back
Wednesday, October 23rd, 2013I spent the day observing a Home Defense course by Vickers Tactical at ITI here in Virginia. The course was coordinated by Alias Training & Security Services.
LAV told me that they used this target back when he was in the Army and they called it the Balki after the character from the TV show “Perfect Strangers.” Look for a report on the course soon.
