215 Gear has launched a new product category on their website, Velcro Compatible. It was inspired by their Custom Tactical Bag, which allows users to interchange Velcro-backed panels and pouches.

All 215 Gear Velcro compatible items were designed for maximum modularity and compatibility; not only between all 215 Gear bags/packs/pouches they were designed around, but any manufacturers product that uses a Velcro loop field. Seen above is the Velcro Admin Panel, which was designed for holding various everyday items from personal electronics, pens, pencils, ID’s and batteries.

Many items are available in both Black and Coyote.

215 Gear – Enhanced Kit Bag, Large

215 Gear’s Enhanced kit Bag, Large is a remake of the classic A3 US Aviator Kit Bag. Made from 1000D Cordura, the bag has been reinforced on all load bearing points with webbing and heavy #207 stitching. Large #10 coil zippers allow for ¼ top opening access, and the bag has full wrap around webbing handles, as well as fully reinforced side handles.

215 Gear’s 28″ Gear Bag was designed as a load out bag for holding all the essentials when traveling, including armor, clothing, boots, extra pouches, etc. The exterior is made of 1000D Cordura, while the internal main compartment is made of 400D for easy cleaning. This compartment is sized for armor and/or clothing, and there is additional storage via a zippered pocket in the large opening flap.

A long side exterior pocket is perfect for storing boots and socks, while the two shorter exterior pockets are sized for miscellaneous pouches and/or extra gear. The 28″ Gear Bag also features two compression straps, and two shoulder straps with AustriAplin aluminum triglides to handle the weight of a fully-loaded bag.

Operator Shirt, Velcro, V3 Short Sleeve

The V3 Operator’s Shirt is a lightweight shirt made from a stretch jersey, polyester/spandex blend which is sweat wicking, cooling, and soft against the skin. The shirt also features an anti-microbial treatment to inhibit bacterial growth. The Operator’s Shirt has flat seam stitching, a tagless design, and a 4″ x 4″ loop Velcro panel for IFF and unit patches.

The V3 Operator’s Shirt is available in Coyote and MASS Grey, sizes MD – XL. Made in the USA and Berry compliant.

PT Shirt, Short Sleeve

The PT Shirt, Short Sleeve, like the V3 Operator’s shirt, is made of a stretch jersey, polyester/spandex blend which is sweat wicking, cooling, and soft against the skin, and features an anti-microbial treatment to inhibit bacterial growth. Titanium Executive Hoolie

The Titanium Executive Hoolie is a designed as a small, lightweight pry bar for gaining entry to inward or outward opening doors, without having to wait for larger manual tools. It’s machined out of 6AL4V Titanium, giving it nonmagnetic and non-corrosive properties, and has a Cerakote, sand colored coating for non-reflective camouflage. The working ends are terraced, providing a better nonslip surface. The side grips are contoured for a non-slip grip in even the wettest of conditions. Its size allows it retention within 1 channel of PALS webbing.

The Titanium EDC Pry Tool is machined out of 6AL4V Titanium, giving it nonmagnetic and non-corrosive properties, and features a non-glare bead blast finish. The working ends are terraced, providing a better nonslip surface. The side grips are contoured for a non-slip grip in even the wettest of conditions. Its design allows it to be carried in several ways in the pocket with the integral clip, slid into and retention with 1 channel of PALS, or added onto a lanyard.

Today, 215 Gear is launching a new line of Breacher Pouches. These pouches are designed with 215’s proprietary PALS/MOLLE-compatible attachment system, S.O.L.A.C. The line consists of 7 individual pouches; 3 of them are featured below:

Slap Charge Pouch, Skeletonized

The Skeletonized Slap Charge Pouch was designed to replace the common method of using rubber bands to retain a Slap Charge. It features an adjustable shock cord retention system, and can be mounted to the back of body armor through PALS webbing, “quiver” style.

Slap Charge Pouch, Single

The Single Slap Charge Pouch was designed to accommodate a single Slap charge, and can mount to PALS webbing “quiver” style. It features an adjustable shock cord retention system for tamped or untamped charges.

Multi-Munition Dump Pouch, Shielded

The Shielded Multi-Munition Dump Pouch was designed to hold everything from initiation systems to diversionary devices. It can be worn either on a riggers belt, or mounted to any PALS webbing surface. The pouch is shielded with a MilSpec HERO SAFE liner. For faster access, the entire lid can be removed, and the pouch is normally forced open by a rigid plastic insert.
