NavExFor – Mustang Survival

Tuesday, March 13th, 2012

Mustang Survival has introduced a new take on the float coat. Traditionally, float coats have been bulky and didn’t breathe well. Now, Mustang Survival has integrated segmented foam along with a waterproof breathable shell and a moisture wicking liner making it the only waterproof breathable float coat on the market. Together, these technologies integrate to produce a more comfortable coat out of the box. Named the Catalyst, Mustang Survival has updated the look of the coat with conformal reflective strips making it a great choice or uniformed professionals.

The Catalyst is US Coast Guard type III approved and includes a stowable hood. Here, the jacket is turned inside-out and you can see the segmented foam sections. Additionally there is an internal waistbelt as well as pit zips for venting.
