More Desert MarPat gear. Like some of the softshells.

  2. Rob says:

I would like to see the Knee Caps in Coyote start to come into production finally been waiting on those since I saw them on the SHOT Show coverage.

  3. Justen D. Ridge says:

I’d like to see your company produce some assault/combat shirts…!

  4. devin says:

    some quality multicam molle pouches

  5. Charles says:

discreet tactical clothing and gear that i can wear everyday without looking like im wearing a tactical catalog.

  6. sherwood says:

A poncho liner made with your softshell material

  7. Tony says:

I would like to see amulti cam drag bag, or a active shooter response bag for patrolman

  8. Deployed says:

Working with JSOC and associated folks in Afghanistan. Love my Alpha in black, perfect blend of Tactical and functional, as well as low profile for ‘civi’ work. Cannot stress how awesome it is for north eastern Afghanistan where a light weight, completely waterproof, jacket protects from the possible daily thunderstorms. But, I would use it every day if offered in multicam. (ATACS would be sexy, but since it isn’t issued out here yet, not sure I could wear it)

    Thanks for the great product,

    ~NC

  9. John says:

Obviously, most of the gear that is generated is targeted for high-end users such as JSOC. I would like to see a more inexpensive line of clothing that is targeted at regular Soldiers. I know many of the Soldiers in my unit purchase their own gear to have superior equipment, but we balk at dropping an entire months pay to have a complete set of kit.

  10. Alex Osha says:

I’d like to see a gear suspension system, like LBT’s CASS and Crye’s StKSS, from you guys. Given that your riggers belt/pad should be coming out soon (right?), it wouldn’t be hard to incorporate that into a modular addition to the belt. It really does make a big difference to the shoulders and neck, so I’m sure you guys could come up with a cool way to do that.

As for another idea, how about a quick-donning and -doffing, thin-layer jacket that sheds light rain and wind? I realize that is somewhat like your Squamish hoody, but if you made it velcro instead of zipper, it could be put on and removed more quickly. Also, it could be made in your crocodile, as well as Multicam.

Yet another idea: a boonie hat or something like it; your BAC is cool (which is why I’m entering this contest), but other hat styles are useful as well for keeping the weather out.

  11. Sean says:

Multi cam travel bag with laptop section.

  12. Doug VW says:

    Short brimmed boonie

  13. Roland Ecarma says:

An entry level and mid level price point for uniform pants and tops.

  14. scott s. says:

I would like to see more color options

  15. Jan says:

Besides the focus on US equipment, it would be cool to also see what other armies field to their soldiers and how it compares.

  16. Platform says:

Talos series in croc, and some discreet/covert style clothing.

Keep making some great products !

  17. rya says:

I would like to see EDC Pouch

  18. Dave says:

I would like to see better availability in the LEAF store. The distributors seem to get all the gear for retail while the LEAF get the leftovers. A wider range of colors/patterns would be great. Also, FR items would be nice.

  19. BGN says:

More selection is all I’m asking for. I keep seeing the “stash” at Shot Show but I can’t ever find it without bothering the fine folks who show me the stuff at Shot. Plus those kneepads are pretty sweet.

  20. Armando says:

    Knee Caps in Crocodile

  21. Dave says:

I’d love to see some LE clothing designed for those of us who have to wear suits outdoors in the heat. Some dress shits with nice wicking, and some light weight slacks/coats that would pass for a suit made out of some breathable blend.

  22. Darek says:

    Very light windstopper.

    More color options for ALPHA.

  23. Lew says:

FR Gloves and more stuff in OD

  24. FAT PAT says:

I talked with the guys at Shot as well and for the money I can’t say enough good things about the old SIGMA AR! Now if they can make a slightly warmer mid weight soft shell with pit zips in coyote or now MULTI, man we in the field would be loving some cool Afghan nights! The liner on the Sigma is just a few ounces heavier than the current Combat Jacket with a very tough face fabric! Thanks for allowing me to share my two cents!

  25. Jeremy says:

Big fan of the Alpha and Talos jackets – need new colors though.

  26. Chucker says:

I’d like to see ArcT get into the second line gear market. Yes, there is a lot of perceived saturation in that market already but this market seems to be on the cusp of integrating weight distribution technology.

  27. Nick says:

Some sort of soft shell ‘poncho’ liner/blanket…

  28. Mike says:

Would really like to see a poncho liner (or basha) with a reversible camo pattern, in softshell material.

  29. Paul says:

    Infidel style gear

  30. Mike Hotel says:

    1. Shooting gloves (FR suede/nylon combo)
    2. Polo shirt (for making the rounds)
    3. Boonie (unstructured w/ short brim…don’t overdo it)
    Thanks.

  31. Robert says:

I would like to see Arc’Teryx make a super lightweight combat top, like the Chimera, in patterned fabrics. I know Crye, well multicampattern.com, recently began selling the fabric that composes the shoulders and sleeves of the chimera in a multicam pattern, and so I would like to see that fabric used to make a chimera shirt in a color other than crocodile (which I still like and own).

  32. Farva says:

I’d like to see some rifle packs, and their knee caps in crocodile.

  33. Riceball says:

I’d like to see some nice tactical clothing geared/priced more towards the civilian user, someone who likes/appreciates tactical but can’t justify the cost of some of it. I’m talking about clothing geared more towards the casual user for outdoor use while camping or hiking; sturdier than standard civilian clothes but not necessarily of the same robustness of the stuff geared towards the military or serious user.

  34. Sean Forrest says:

I’d love to see Arcteryx make a PFD for there water gear… or even an arcteryx TENT!

    GET IT GOING GUYS!

  35. Rembrandt says:

I’d like to see a LEAF Merino wool polo, or barring that, a field shirt, ala BDU’s.

  36. Jonathan says:

A tactical vest designed by Arc’teryx, as a company with a climbing background. In standard colors, od/tan/black, but also in a trainer color red/orange (potentially for use in civilian market as well). I want to see a molle tactical vest where it’s not so bulky that rope work is impossible, but does take into consideration placement and alignment of the molle specifically for rope and climbing situations.

  37. Linprun says:

I’d love to see some desert Flecktarn caps.

  38. Debo says:

I would like to see your new Rigger’s Belt hit the streets ASAP.

  39. Jon says:

I would love to see Arc’teryx carry on with their current line up, but add sizes more commensurate with those of use who do not fit into skinning pot-smoking climber gear that they currently make. Items with inseams longer than 34 and sleeves longer than 32. Maybe sizes more in line with how most of the current military clothing is sized, ie small, medium, large, x-large and then in lengths short, standard and long. Those of us on the taller end of the spectrum are relegated to wearing some of their competitors gear because it is more accommodating for larger statured people.

I would also love to see more Merino wool pieces, along with some basic FR base layers.

Knee Caps in Coyote Brown would be nice as well, but those are already in the queue.

  40. Flapjack says:

I work on a Fugitive Taskforce in in the Northwest, we work plain clothes and cannot blend in too well if we wear modern camo patterns while we are doing surveillance, but being able to adapt from the forest to the mall can be a daily requirement. The more technical clothing in subdued colors that is available, the happier I’ll be. I would like to see the version of the gun belt I hear is coming, low vis gun belts are hard to work out and that would be a great thing to see. One final request to anybody who makes gear for police would be to stitch “Police” in low vis colors on the loop side of velcro that gets sewed onto vests then mate them up whith high visibility or reflective Police patches that could go over that for when high visibility is preferred.

  41. Keith says:

More lightweight and water repellent options for the Florida summer heat and humidity.

Better color options for uniform and on duty use. Many of the sheriff’s departments down here are limited to any color as long as it is green.

  42. L says:

    Stubby Boonie.

  43. RMCFrank says:

A new, modern combat uniform in CADPAT for the Canadian Forces. Arc’Teryx are our fellow countrymen after all!

  44. FH says:

I’d love to see ARC’TERYX make all zippered pockets in all clothing systems (pants/shirts/jackets included) so that they zip down and stay closed. There’s been quite a few times when we’ve lost or been close to losing narcs, sensitive info or equipment because a zipper opened with some help from gravity and a vibrating aircraft. Nothing too ground breaking but it would be a definite improvement. Thanks!

  45. Monster says:

    Economy line of products please

  46. Jason says:

Moisture wicking top that’s “tough” like the rest if your gear. Most of what is out there that keeps you cool in Hot/Humid environments snags to easy.

  47. Jason says:

Socks with molle webbing to attach small concealable pouches. Shirt stays will hold them up. EP’s and UC’s will love you.

  48. Lasse says:

I’d love to see some lightweight assault packs.

Naah, just kidding. I want to see a BAC on the top of my head.

  49. Storm says:

It’s hard to wish for anything new from ARC’TERYX. If I could wish for anything it would be a smock with lots of pockets.

  50. Bob says:

Would like to see the rigger’s belt soon(ish). How can you not drool over a LEAF rigger’s belt in Multicam.

Oh, and an OD-ish color for those of us who don’t work in Afghanistan.
