(Wilsonville, OR)— In case you have not noticed lately, nights have become very long. It’s dark when you leave for work and very dark when you return home. In darkness is often where danger lurks, so be prepared to survive. Light the night.
Anyone can light up the night with various Crimson Trace products. For more than two decades, the Wilsonville, Oregon based manufacturer of laser sights and firearm lighting systems has been helping gun owners everywhere take control of the darkness. Numerous Crimson Trace innovations help light the nights.
The leader of the lights could be Crimson Trace’s Rail Master Pro products. These laser sights (red or green laser diodes) and bright light combos are packed with features, including: Instant Activation, Tap-on/Tap-off, a battery saving 5 minute auto shut off sensor if inactive, and a powerful 100-Lumen LED white light. Modes of operation are: laser and light, laser only, light only and laser with strobe light. Rail Master Pros easily and quickly attach onto pistols, rifles and shotguns with M-1913 Picatinny and Weaver-type accessory rails. More details on the CMR-205 (red) and CMR-204 (green) Rail Master Pros are at www.crimsontrace.com.
Crimson Trace also offers the Rail Master as a lighting option. The CMR-202 is a 100-Lumen LED light unit that can be set to momentary, strobe and constant-on lighting. This unit is also available with a C-Tan exterior coating. Like all Rail Master products, the units can attach to a wide assortment of rails on long guns and handguns.
Anyone owning a popular 1911 compact or full-size pistol can obtain the LTG-701 to illuminate the darkness. This Lightguard packs a 130-Lumen LED white light and powers up with Crimson Trace’s patented Instinctive Activation. A similar unit, with a 100-Lumen LED white light, is the LTG-736 Lightguard that fits nearly two dozen Glock Gen-4 and Third Generation pistols. A similar Lightguard, the LTG-760, is designed for precision fit onto a Smith & Wesson M&P full-size pistol. Some of these units can be installed on pistols equipped with Lasergrips laser sights.
Anyone with a full-size Springfield Armory XD and XD(M) pistol will find that the Lightguard LTG-746 is a perfect fit onto those pistols’ trigger guard. Another lighting innovation is the Crimson XChange Technology that permits changing from a light to a laser—or back—on a Ruger LC9S pistol.
Last, but not least, are the military style Modular Vertical Foregrips from Crimson Trace. The MVF-515s are offered with either red or green sighting lasers that are partnered with powerful 200-Lumen LED white lights. Side buttons permit operation with Instinctive Activation.

It’s especially nice to see a light/laser combo with the laser closer to the bore. I really want to pick up one of those CMR-204s!
