They sure know stuff about marketing.
All marketing and videos are done in house by the same people that help develop and test the products.
Yea, its weird how some companies clearly just GET IT, and others… well… aren’t helping themselves.
impressed once again.
so I’m guessing not fully submersible, just 98% waterproof? No complaints there, I imagine the actual waterproof zips would triple the price. It does look like the zipper pull seals better then most designs using a water resistant zip.
That is correct the pouch itself holds water but the zipper is just very water resistant.
The reason for this is that true waterproof zippers require maintance (lube) on the seal and the zippers are generally hard to operate. These bags are not designed to be dry bags but can handle light water exposure such as splashing or use on a paddle board.
The benefit of this trade off is very quick access to the bags contents.
I hope these will eventually come in different colors, including hi-viz colors. They look like they’d be great for organizing a bug out bag.
These would make great pouches for making throw bags of medical supplies, keep them organised and in good condition within another bag.
Great product at a great price. I fucking love magpul.
