      They might be the older ripstop cammies some units wore before the appearance of the Elvis collar BDUs.

    As someone who was at NWTC in August of 2015, Mr. Decker is still there, when I went through BMMC (now BMC), in 2010 he still used the Snickers to explain Glaciers. While Mr. Decker oversees the equipment and BMMC courses, Karl oversees the ACC course.
