SHOT Show 17 – SIG SAUER Introducing FDE MCX & MPX

The title of the story pretty much sums it up. SIG is introducing FDE Cerakoted variants of their MCX and MPX layer this year.

The MCX is available in 5.56 and .300 and the MPX is currently offered in 9mm.

Maybe Sig USA should concentrate on eliminating the teething problems with the MCX and MPX instead of tarting them up with camo.
My MPX is a turd/lemon…..others I’ve shot are great.
Hopefully Sig will make things right.

You read my mind. I’ve not talked to anyone who has been happy with the MCX/MPX? I wonder if painting them up will make them run?

    • DangerMouse says:

Now that they just released what I would call a gen-3 bolt carrier group (with radiused bolt lugs and NutNFancy proof assembly), I’m about ready to take the plunge and buy one in 2017. Would go for FDE.

Too bad they didn’t display any SIG556 parts kits.

Anybody know what grip that is?
