That was.. generic as hell. Like a copy and paste of almost every small arms manufacturer marketing material from the last decade. There hasn’t been a memorable small arms marketing attempt since those R. Lee Ermy Glock commercials.

      I enjoyed it.

I agree, pretty generic run of the mill “overly operator” commercial complete with brand new gear and shiny rifles. For how long they’ve had their kit in the field I would have appreciated more gritty images from real users.

I also miss the days when DD used to be affordable. Ever since they began spending so much marketing money their rifles have skyrocketed in price. Remember the SHOT Show DD urinal cakes?

First off, I really like Daniel Defense. Great products. But I can’t say I agree that there hasn’t been any memorable marketing. I really like BCM, too. And they have outstanding marketing.

I think it’s fine, and not everyone can be pleased with every companies ads.

With that said I never bought a DD based on the companies videos but rather the word of mouth from buyers.

My critique would be the speed of the video. Are attention spans getting that short or am I just too damn old fashion that I’d like to actually SEE the product these videos are about instead of a blur of it?
