Brownell’s Retro Rifle line is on display at their booth at SHOT Show. The full details of the line can be found here, but as a reminder, the Retro Rifle line consists of four 5.56mm and two .308/7.62 rifles built to the correct styling for US military issued rifles in the 60s, or in the case of the .308 rifles, built to Eugene Stoner’s original AR-10 design.

The metal looks great. The furniture looks awful…sure, it’s the right shape, but the color and texture seem really off somehow.
Wonder if the furniture is nylon or plastic? Heard mixed things about the furniture they’ve been selling.
I wonder if the 10’s would be non-restricted in Canada?
I wouldn’t bet on it. It’s still an AR-pattern rifle, and we’re not allowed to have cool or fun things out on Crown land.
Haha Crown land, very good. My grandparents were raised in Ireland when it was under British rule.
Between Trudeau and the crown, I feel for you . . .
I have to admit. There is a certain allure to having “my father’s rifle” in that XM16E1 clone.
