This is a sneak peek of the new Parashear, coming late this year from SOG Knives.
They worked with emergency medics to develop this lightweight, folding shear.
It integrates a glass breaker, tweezer, seat belt hook, serrated blade, awl, Phillips screwdriver and standard screwdriver/bottle opener.
It comes with a sheath which allows ready to use or stored carry of the Parashears.

Interesting. I would like to see them in person before making any judgements, but I LOVE my RAPTOR shears!!
Too bad there isn’t a pocket clip like the RAPTOR shears. Otherwise, it looks like a good tool.
Liking all of the feature of this one. If it’s as lightweight as the article leads on, it could be a direct threat to the Leatherman Raptor. Now, price dependent.
Raptor Shears are pretty must indestructible, they stand behind their warranty and they’re Made in the USA.

some of SOGs products are still made in USA. think they have a small manufacturing location in WA.
if they want mil sales, they will make it in USA
