Live Fire Demo’s at SHOT Show Industry Day at the Range (lane SR-42)

MDX Weapon System

The MDX Weapon System was developed to fulfill the broad spectrum of needs by today’s military and law enforcement operations. The family consists of the PDX/MDX:505 (5.5″ barrel), the MDX:508 (8.5″ barrel), and the MDX:510 (10.3″ barrel).

The entire MDX Weapon System line in 5.56 NATO is part of Army Expeditionary Warrior Experiment (AEWE) in 2020, sponsored by The Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCOE) at Ft. Benning. Maxim Defense has attended the live fire evaluation in November 2019 and is attending Force-on-Force experiments with the U.S. Army, U.K. Army, and the Australian Army January through March 2020.

PDX (MDX:505)

Born from the SOCOM PDW solicitation, the PDX is now shipping in .300BLK. Designed to handle the fierce demands of the SOF community and dominate in close quarter encounters the PDX is the ultimate choice for when concealment and personal defense are non-negotiable. The PDX in .300BLK is shipping with an MSRP of $2,295.00

With the same heart and soul of the PDX, the MDX:508 features an 8.5″ barrel, ideal for when maximum concealment and compactness are essential, but not as critical. Every MDX:508 includes Maxim’s HATEBRAKE muzzle booster, 7-sided M-Slot compatible handguard, armorer level adjustable gas block and can be configured with a Maxim Gen6 CQB brace, Gen7 CQB stock, or SCW stock or brace. MD:15

The MD:15 is available in 8.5” or 10.3” barrel lengths and was developed for Law Enforcement Patrol Officers who need an affordable AR15 platform weapon but do not want to sacrifice reliability, accuracy, or features. Each MD:15 is equipped with the same internal operating components as the MDX including the Maxim HATEBRAKE muzzle booster, armorer level adjustable gas block and comes with the Maxim Slim-Line five-sided M-Slot handguard, and can be configured with a Maxim PDW Brace, Gen6 CQB Stock, or SCW stock or brace.
