Sleep shirt? I haven’t been in for long, but I’ve never heard of a sleep shirt in the Air Force. Is this something that depends on your career field?

5.1.8.1. Sleep Shirt. The sleep shirt may be worn under the ABU coat. The sleep shirt will not be worn as an outer garment. The sleep shirt will not be visible under the ABU coat except at the neck. The sleep shirt will be a solid color; colors authorized are green or sand.
Know your regs.
You probably won’t be issued one unless it’s part of a deployment gear ensemble, but is on hand for purchase at clothing sales. Good piece of gear to have.
