GARLAND, TX – True Velocity named aerospace and defense industry veteran Jim Stephens as its chief operating officer on Monday, rounding out the Texas-based technology company’s executive leadership team.
Stephens joins True Velocity following an 18-year career in operations management and business development leadership at a Fortune 200 corporation serving industrial, aerospace and defense customers. During the course of his previous tenure, Stephens led multiple business transformations, acquisition integrations and large program capture teams.

A 1995 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Stephens served as an Artillery Officer in the U.S. Army.
