Helikon/Tex has introduced their new Near Infrared (NIr) / Infrared Reflectance (IRR) compliant fabric whixh they call FIELD.

This printing technology reduces detection under Image Intensification (I2) which is often referred to as “night vision” as well as thermal sensors which detect light in the IR bands.

This image gives you an idea of what a difference this makes. Their FIELD fabric absorbs and reflects light in the 700-1100 nm range to appear as close as possible to nature.

It is currently offered in the highly sought after Polish wz.93 Woodland or “Pantera” camouflage pattern. Options include MCDU/MBDU shirts and pants, Boonie Hats and so on, along with Guardian Plate Carriers, Guardian Smallpacks, Ambush Backpacks, Modular Individual Med Kits, and Pouches.
