Tatiana Whitlock Joins G-Code Holsters as Product Designer & Systems Engineer

Jacksonville, NC — G-Code Holsters, Edgeworks Manufacturing Co., is pleased to announce that Tatiana Whitlock has joined as Product Designer & Systems Engineer.

Prior to pursuing a career in firearms as a nationally recognized instructor, NRA spokeswoman and host of Trigger Time TV, Tatiana earned a degree in Industrial Design from Rhode Island School of Design. Her 20+ years experience in product design, manufacturing, and marketing in combination with her knowledge of firearms make her an ideal fit for G-Code, the technology driven holster and accessory company.

“I am honored and excited to join the team of innovators at G-Code.” Whitlock said. “I look forward to contributing to new products and programs for Women and the EDC community.”

    Maybe Whitlock will do something to improve G-Code’s abysmal customer service.

        It’s not so much the CS that I have had issues with but why in the name of all things frustrating do I have to wait 2 months for a G19 holster?!! Is there only part time work going on there?

        I know get holsters from Off The Grid Concepts and just order the RTI connections. They have a great holster that works well with or without most popular lights. So far holsters within 2 weeks and no issue with customer service…yet!

          I ordered a G19 OSH from them a year ago. They effed up the order because their online ordering system was not up to date. I called G-Code….”send it back” we’ll fix it. Guess what ? I had to pay for the return. They sent it back “fixed”. It wasn’t. “Send it back” on my dime….again. Why does a G-Code customer have to pay to return a G-Code eff-up ?

          Oh….and as one has continuing CS issues they pass you and your problem around to various G-Code personalities. Oh, and don’t try to communicate with his Imperial Majesty Scott Evans. He’ll ignore you and your pleas for help.

          After the above problem failed to get resolved G-Code finally refunded my money; told me I could keep their non-functioning, fouled up G19 holster. With that, I decided unfortunately, to order a plain OD green G19 with Surefire XC1. When I received the holster and tried to insert the weapon and light guess what ? It wouldn’t fit ! Know what I did ? I threw the holster in the garbage and vowed to never deal with this once good company ever again. Price of the crap holster is the price for a final lesson learned.

          G-Code. They introduced some great innovations like the RTI system. But, they’ve gotten too big for their britches. You’re just a number and mean nothing to them.

          Pitiful.

            Dan, that’s gotta be just beyond frustrating!

            I’m also done with them for future orders but luckily then 3 holsters I have from them work well.

            Try out “Off The Grid” holsters if you want to use the RTI system, I have no affiliation with them but just a satisfied customer. For all other holsters I use LAG Tactical

              Thanks for the suggestions. I’ve looked at Off The Grid this morning. Will be ordering later today.

              I do love the RTI system. But, like you I am done with G-Code.

    Is this a signal of some sort of trouble at G-Code? Hiring a celebrity seems like a reach for savior or something.

    I think these fools should concentrate on expanding their damn production capacity and customer service rather than hiring some low-rent celebrity who’s likely paid too much to be a face….

    Get some production automation and be able to ship faster than 2 months for items in your “standard” line…or just ditch all the custom options all together and go the Henry Ford route…

      For me there is trouble at G-Code. Their customer service is pretty much non-existent. But, more importantly, their product quality is nose-diving rather than climbing. One can live on past laurels only so long UNLESS one gets the fedgov contracts, which G-Code has gotten.

      “Get in line mister….we’ll tend to you after we take care of the big customer with deep pockets.”

      I once swore by G-Code. And I still love their innovative RTI system. But, they’ve destroyed my loyalty in the last year. Time for me to go elsewhere.

    I’m sure the CEO meant to write that Tatiana is “…a highly qualified professional WHO brings..”, not “THAT brings”, seeing as how both “Tatiana” and “a professional” are both persons, not objects.

    Sorry, had to get that of my chest. I’ve been seeing a high rate of that particular grammatical failure-to-feed lately…Happy 2017!
