      They aren’t that bad. Hurts less than Sim and I didn’t realize there was a bruise until I got done that evening. That shot was from probably less than 3 feet. The airsoft guns some of the OPFOR used hurt worse than the UTM but didn’t leave marks.

        Only one guy on the OPFOR team used airsoft. It was me, running my trusty AK 104 (tuned). 🙂

            Cyclic rate, accuracy, and velocity were enhanced. I guess the term “Air-Soft” is a bit misleading. Some in the industry still call them toys….. until they see/feel what a tuned specimen can do.

      I’m a 20 year SWAT officer in one of the five largest cities in the U.S. and we use Airsoft in some of our training and the training we provide to patrol officers and academy recruits. Wow. Thousands of douchebags in my agency, I guess.

      You don’t know what you don’t know and it’s time to paddle back to the shallow end.
