Hardcore Hardware Australia – Reverse Grip KALI Blade

A new design by Hardcore Hardware Australia, this reverse grip KALI blade concept popped up recently on Facebook. Made from Bohler-Uddeholm D2 tool steel, the depth of the grinds and aggressive profiling necessitated a thick stock to give the blade the best balance. HHA added a large cavity in the handle to reduce weight, without a compromise in strength. As a bonus, this cavity can be used as a storage compartment in a survival situation, when paired with the hollowed out G10 scale grip.

The Reverse Grip KALI Blade will come with an ambidextrous kydex molded sheath with a TekLok mount, Torx wrench, and PVC patch. It will be available in the following colorways:

Black G10 on Black Teflon

Dark Earth G10 on Tan Teflon

Black G10 on Graphite Grey Teflon

Hardcore Hardware Australia MUK01-G

Hardcore Hardware Australia’s MUK01-G Medium Urban Knife is designed as a dual purpose EOD and Dive Knife alternative. It features a modified chisel point for prying and probing, aggressive partial spine serrations, and hammer pommel with lanyard points. The full-tang handle features 3D G10 scales. The included sheath is Kydex with Molle-Lok. This is a brand-new product that is not yet featured on the Hardcore Hardware Australia website.

Sneak Peek – Hardcore Hardware Australia Tactical Writing Instrument

The HHA TWI01 Tactical Writing Instrument features a dome shaped crown constructed from high grade stainless steel that can be used as a striking point in an emergency situation or o break glass. At the other end they incorporated a pointed tip for investigative type work or for use as a PDA stylus. The entire shaft of the pen is constructed from 6000 series, non-reflective, Black anodized aluminium for extreme longevity and wearability. The TWI01 incorporates a series of O-rings making it completely waterproof when the pen cap is screwed down over the writing tip. It will accept standard Parker and Fisher Space Pen refills.

MFK02 From Hardcore Hardware Australia

The MFK02 from Hardcore Hardware Australia features a 134mm long by 6mm thick blade of D2 tool steel with a Black Teflon coating. The handle is made from G10 textured handle available in Coyote and Black, secured with Torx screw.

This modified tanto design is suited for penetration and prying. The MFK02 also features an aggressive partial blade serration for cutting webbing/belts and has an extended plexi-glass break pommel to suit gloved use or operators with larger hands.

Plataxe Follow Up

Hardcore Hardware Australia has posted a video on Youtube of their new Plataxe. As you may recall, the Plataxe is manufactured by Hardcore Hardware exclusively for Platatac. It is designed as a impact/MOE/CQB tool and features an articulated handle to place more force of the swing onto the blade. The head features a full blade and on the reverse a reverse penetrating spike. Manufactured from D2 tool steel coated with black Teflon and topped off with a G10 contoured handle.
