It’s a bit jarring given how ‘futuristic’ the SIX12 appears, but it also looks pretty slick. It’s also an officially offered accessory kit and not just a concept.

Friday, February 12th, 2016Crye Precision has updated the Six12 website with some new features, including a section detailing different configurations for the shotgun. Below is a screenshot which breaks down a Compact configuration I saw at SHOT Show.
You may recall that during our SHOT Show coverage of Crye Precision, I mentioned that there are some really cool things to see in the conference room. This was one of them. It wasn’t on display out front which makes me think that launching the site update and publicly unveiling this preciously undisclosed configuration may indicate that the first 100 Six12s are about ready for release.

The CP Six12 Video that Played During SHOT Show
Saturday, February 14th, 2015If you visited the Crye Precision booth at SHOT Show you saw this video featuring the Six12 Rotary shotgun playing on the monitor. It gives a great overview of the different configurations and answers the question everyone keeps asking me, “Does it work?”
Admittedly, my favorite part is the theme music. Who doesn’t love Peer Gynt?
