Custom Mayflower Rig

20120720-125451.jpg

Mayflower produced this custom rig for a client. It includes a LiteLok APC (with custom mesh cummerbund), LiteLok Assault Back Panel, MRC Frag Pouches, MRC Double 7.62 Mag Pouch, Velocity SSE Pouch, custom MRC front panel and an Eagle 152 Radio Pouch.

What’s cool about this is that improvements and new products start out as custom items.

now if only there were a better way to figure out if “OMG WANTWANTWANT” comments will actually convert into sales. This is an interesting rig; I wonder if someone from Mayflower would tell us what this began as and what is different about this version?

And yes, I see that some of that was discussed above but often the end-user isn’t as gear savvy as people who read SSD every day and they could use a little breakdown.

  4. Very cool to see LiteLok in a carrier. I’ve only seen it in packs before – maybe I just haven’t looked hard enough.

What’s the tan device next to the flag patch?

If you don’t know, then you probably don’t have a use for it……..these aren’t the droids we’re looking for, move along, move along.

Just because he doesn’t have a use for it, doesn’t mean he’s not curious. Smartass

        • Big_Juju says:

I don’t think ScottyC knew what it was either …

          Thanks for the response, SSD.

I think the MRC front panel is “the thing” here.A UW rig that doesn’t have the outer pouch left and right. If such a thing existed with a MOLLE/Velcro or QD/velcro matrix on the backside it would probably sell, I reckon.

What does something like this go for. I already have BALCS soft inserts and ESAPI plates.
