    Two great companies!

    Cant wait for our samples!

  2. A big shout out to Velocity Systems who were kind enough to send some of their carriers to use in our soon to be released video we shot in conjunction with IWI US, and Academi. With their support and some from other great companies, the video filming was a huge success. The Scarab works perfectly with our Low Profile System. It’s a slim cut and very clean on the sides to facilitate a good draw on a belt mounted holster without having to lean to one side. Their new shoulder strap system makes the vest one of the most comfortable I’ve worn. Its versatile enough to run for low vis operations, but with the clip in chest rig they offer that allows you to ramp up your profile, it can easily be used for high pro operations as well. I can’t even give their Chameleon justice… you will simply have to try one yourselves… or catch them in action in our video when it’s released.

Have people experienced any issues with low profile ballistic vests riding over pistol mags or other item when using the HTC rig? I like the low vis option, but I’m just a wondering about the close fit to the body and any interference with armor.

      I haven’t had a problem.

Well, at least the guy in this photo has, as his rear AR mag has tucked itself under the back of his vest. It might just be a fluke that it has occurred in this photo rather than the norm, but it is clearly a distinct possibility that it can happen as it has happened here. I imagine in particular if you lean forward and then straighten up there is a possibility of items at the rear of the belt tucking themselves under a vest
