SIG SAUER - Never Settle

Post SHOT Show Wrapup – Slumberjack

We previewed the Pursuit Vest during last year’s Outdoor Retailer Summer Market. It will be hitting the streets this year.

Although it only comes in one size, it has quite a bit of adjustment. The Pursuit is designed for use while hunting or fishing but would make a great utility best thanks to its four chest pockets and 70 oz hydration bladder capable rear pocket. There are also PALS fields for additional gear.

The Wild-Her is Slumberjack’s first pack designed specifically for the ladies.

You may notice the offset waist belt adjustment that keeps the buckle off of the belly button for comfort. This is just one component of their new, contoured hip belt built with the shape of women’s waists in mind. This 33L internal frame pack accommodates trophies as well as weapons and features six external pockets.

Both items are offered in Kryptek Highlander.

Nice, this could come handy in Alaska during the Fall, when you dont want to carry too much, but still need some gear.

Nice, the backpack looks ok, too.

The best looks like it needs a 3rd strap a cross the middle to keep it from ‘slouching’ when loaded.

I really like the looks of that Pursuit Vest, I’ve been looking at getting a nice lightweight backpack to supplement my Blackhawk pack for hikes and stuff because it’s a heavy pack but, depending on cost, this vest might be a better replacement. Its got everything I need, something to carry a water bladder, and room for snacks, and misc. junk that might come in handy.
