Knight Armament Company Selected To Supply KS-1 Rifle Systems to UK Armed Forces

Tuesday, September 12th, 2023

Knights Armament Company is honored to be the supplier of the KS-1 rifle system to the Armed Forces of the United Kingdom in partnership with Edgar Brothers, Knight’s UK representative firm.

The KS-1 rifle system is the culmination of 40 years of ongoing refinement efforts to Mr. Eugene Stoner’s original 1955 design pattern, developed specifically to meet the quantifiable needs of specialized military units per PROJECT HUNTER’s requirements and testing.

The challenging requirements of this project brought the best of industry to present fully mature combat-ready rifle systems complete with magnified optics, suppressors, and accessories to the UK MoD for testing and trials. The level of performance expected of every aspect of the system required Knight’s Armament to employ cutting-edge materials and manufacturing methods in conjunction with innovative design and engineering, ultimately delivering the most advanced and feature-rich AR-type rifle to its next generation of service.

“Gene Stoner was my friend and mentor, and I believe he would be proud to know that his innovative concept continues to uphold freedom in the hands of our Nation’s greatest Ally.”

EOTECH Selected to Supply the Polish Ministry of Defense via a Multi-Year Contract

Tuesday, September 12th, 2023

Plymouth, MI (September 2023) – EOTECH, the leading manufacturer of Holographic Weapon Sights (HWS), Magnifiers and other electro-optic solutions has recently been awarded a multi-year contract to fulfill its EXPS3 HWS and G33 Magnifier to the Polish Ministry of Defense for use on the MSBS GROT weapon systems.

While Poland has been a staunch supporter of the EOTECH brand for years, “This contract represents a continued level of confidence between EOTECH and the Armed Forces within Poland. The Polish government has always been a strong partner to EOTECH for use in the defense of their sovereign nation and that of its surrounding allies” said Andy Gann, Business Development Manager for Europe. “It is EOTECH’s intent to ensure the Polish Warfighter has the confidence to engage the enemy combatant with any of their individual weapons if they are challenged to do so.” Gann went on to say, “We must also acknowledge the efforts of our in-country partner too, who did an amazing job promoting and supporting the EOTECH brand to the Polish MoD, as it is very much a group effort to get success like this across the finish line”.

EOTECH is represented in Poland by Griffin Group Defence. “Griffin Group aims to only provide best-in-class, proven and relevant solutions to the Polish Government for consideration” said a Griffin Group representative. “It was an honor to have worked with EOTECH and provide our MoD with their equipment needs for defense of our National Security. We have every confidence in the quality of the EOTECH product line and look forward to supporting our MoD now and into the future”.

9/11 Remembered – The Toll

Monday, September 11th, 2023

Wow…22 years. A lot has happened in last couple of decades. Most of it, not good.

There were 2996 immediate deaths on September 11th, 2001. I will never forget the people who cheered that day, celebrating an attack on America and the deaths of so many innocents. I will never forgive those ghouls. It’s only gotten worse, with elected officials trivializing the events of the horrific day. Two decades and America forgets its dead, abandoning its purpose.

Regardless of which way the political winds blow, I remain a patriot. But in a greater sense, I will also always honor those from other nations who stood with us on that day and throughout the ensuing decades of conflict. After all, there were victims from 90 countries on 9/11. A sick ideology attacked the world and despite our efforts, it lives on, dug in like a tick.

The crisis remains. Every year we lose more and more to that fateful day. Victims and rescuers alike suffer life threatening medical conditions due to the exposure to toxins during the attacks and continue to succumb to these lingering wounds. As a country, we must stand by them.

Even now, the world is faced with the continued threat of Islamic fundamentalism that targets our ideals in both word and deed. We must oppose them in every case, lest our efforts thus far, be in vain.

The toll…it weighs on as a nation.

Never Forgive, Never Forget
