I was wearing Arborwear long before I knew about Team Wendy. Both Ohio-based companies make great, hardwearing products and I am super stoked to see some special edition Arborwear clothing being dual branded with Team Wendy. Coming soon.

Knight’s had their entry for the US Army Forward Rail Accessory Kit (FRAK) program. KAC is one of three finalists along with PPI and Adams Arms. The URX IBN rail essentially becomes the barrel nut and comes with a set of shims that can be reused.
Technically, it can be installed by a unit Armorer but in the Army armorers no longer remove barrel nuts so it has to be done at Depot level. It features a removable lower rail that is removed via a detent that can be depressed with a cartridge tip. Then, you can replace the lower rail with an M203/320/26 equipped either with the GI mounting hardware or KAC’s free float versions.
Additionally, you can mount an MRE rail but that is not currently part of the FRAK program. Hopefully, we’ll see that as an ECP or P3I initiative.
Tailored for open water maritime operations, the Strandhogg armor carrier has been configured as a turnkey system and is approved for Naval use, meeting ballistic resistance standards established by the US Navy and endorsed for procurement by NAVSEA as a ballistic protective system.

I grew up in a military that was still full of Viet Nam Vets and the thought of American servicemen being left behind really meant a lot to us as a community. And, there was still hope that we might get some of those men back, alive. And while those hopes have gone for many, as a nation we still endeavor to recover the remains of our missing through the efforts of the Joint POW/MIA Accounting Command which has gone through a variety of name changes over the years.

While we’ve been fortunate to not have many POWs or MIAs in this conflict, please take some time to reflect on those over the years who didn’t make it back and must wander in our prayers and dreams until we can one day bring them home and unite them with their loved ones.
From our family to yours, Congratulations!
