Tucson, Ariz. (March 2022) – Spartan Armor Systems®, manufacturers of American-designed and made body armor, tactical gear, and targets, are seeking qualified candidates in the marketing and sales fields with experience in the shooting sports/outdoor industries. Celebrating over ten years in business, Spartan Armor Systems is enjoying unprecedented growth within the company, as well as increasing market share.

What began as a pursuit to develop a better fitting, lighter weight ballistic armor in the family’s garage of a retired Marine has become one of the fastest-growing American-made body armor companies in the United States. Spartan Armor Systems has recently doubled the size of their manufacturing facility to nearly 25,000 sq. ft. to accommodate the demand from law enforcement, military personnel, security, and civilians. As of 2021, Spartan Armor brought manufacturing of their body armor plates in-house, guaranteeing superior levels of quality control. As part of their expansion, Spartan Armor has revamped their Dealer Programs, providing participating Dealers better margins on the most popular Spartan Armor products.

As part of Spartan Armor’s exceptional growth, the company seeks several key positions within sales and marketing. The Director of Sales will be required to oversee national key accounts and develop and execute customer-specific strategies to maximize account sales and profits. This direct report to the president of Spartan Armor requires five years of sales experience in the tactical gear or firearms industries with at least two years in a senior sales position.

Within the marketing division, Spartan Armor seeks a Creative Digital Design Specialist. Two-plus years of graphic design experience required and the ability to create eye-catching and dynamic graphics and advertisements for digital and print requirements; must be familiar with Adobe Creative Suite. Spartan Armor is also seeking an SEO and Web Specialist to create and implement SEO strategies to increase the company’s search engine results rankings, analyze performance, and write compelling and high-quality copy for web pages and digital marketing campaigns. Experience required includes proficiency in CSS and HTML, with JavaScript and PHP knowledge an added benefit. Must also be proficient with SEO software and have several years’ experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns. The final position open at Spartan Armor Systems is for a Marketing Specialist with several years’ experience in creating and implementing marketing strategies, with an understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing.

Description:

Clandestine Media Group is proud to announce an opening for our Shooter to Shooter program. This 6 month internship takes a Veteran who wants to learn a new skill and transition to the photography/videography industry. Here we take a Veteran (shooter) and train them in-house at our headquarters in Denver, CO, in all aspects of photography and videography turning them into a new shooter. The paid internship includes class work and on the job training. At the end of the internship the Veteran will have all the skills and expertise required to enter the industry as an entry level photographer or videographer. 

This is Clandestine Media Group’s 4th internship with the Shooter to Shooter program and we currently have a 100% placement rate with our interns in the industry. 

During the internship the Veteran can expect to learn:

• Basic and advanced photography techniques
• Studio photography
• Lightroom
• Photoshop
• Photoshoot development and planning
• Mood board creation
• Shot-list creation
• Equipment maintenance
• Resume development

Through the program Clandestine Media Group will assist the intern in finding a job within the industry to allow for a smooth post training transition into the workforce.

This internship is a fully immersed internship for the period of 6 months and requires the participant’s full commitment throughout the internship. We will not accept applicants looking for a part time or remote internship option.
