The ADS Virtual Warfighter Expo has kicked off and they are doing an amazing job. I’ve attended several virtual events over the past few months and they’ve been difficult to navigate and poorly populated with content. This is neither. There’s loads of great products and services and the site is a snap to get around. What’s more, both ADS and brand representatives are available to chat.

Stop the Bleed attendees will learn how to identify and control different types of bleeding, as well as how to treat a patient post bleeding control. Three quick techniques can save a life before someone bleeds out:

• Apply pressure to a wound
• Pack a wound
• Apply a tourniquet

Active Shooter Training

This high-level overview is designed for everyone from civilians to officers who require enhanced skills to mitigate an assault. Attendees will review aspects of the ambush assault and response tactics. Practical application exercises are combined with stimulus and response conditioning principals and the development of a winning mindset.

Musculoskeletal injuries are one of the leading causes of non-combat related injuries within the Department of Defense. This course is a new paradigm for decreasing Return-to-Duty timelines and increasing force readiness with each athlete and command

Cutting Cold Weather Gear Lead Times

During the past two years, demand for Berry Amendment compliant cold weather clothing and gear has skyrocketed. Because DoD apparel requirements are inconsistent, the industry is ill-equipped to handle spikes in orders. Consequently, lead times grow alongside demand. Goggins is a Retired Navy SEAL, Endurance Athlete and Motivational Speaker
