If you’re using a smartphone, be sure to check the new Arc’teryx website optimized for your viewing pleasure. They say it’s great for iPad as well. Of course, LEAF had to be different. Theirs is l.arcteryx.com.
Soldier Systems Daily sponsor Arc’teryx has launched a new Law Enforcement Armed forces (LEAF) homepage. The new site simplifies the buying experience by laying all of the products out for quick comparison or allows the buyer to further narrow search parameters not just by category but also by Berry and Buy America compliance with a single mouse click.

Arc’teryx claims that the Covert line looks like wool, performs like wool, and feels like wool but that isn’t completely true. There’s a little more to this story. This isn’t your grand dad’s itchy old wool jacket. Think comfort. Imagine being warm and being swaddled in heaven. That’s how this feels. Seriously. It’s like 75 degrees in here and I can’t take it off. It’s addictive.
Made from fast-drying Polartec® Thermal Pro® Sweater Knit fabric, the Covert series not only feels good, it looks good. Yes, even the cardigan. And what could be better than that? How about 10% off LEAF from the online store until December 31st for existing LEAF members.
* Due to overwhelming response, 10% discount does not apply to LEAF applications taken after 10 December, 2009.
Arc’teryx LEAF has released a new jacket made from GORE-TEX® 3L Pro in Crocodile. While the LT shares a name with the mainstay Alpha they are not the same jacket. Originally developed as a wind shirt the Alpha LT ‘s featherweight make it a great approach jacket. The LT has a much lower price point but isn’t short on features. In order to ensure waterproofness and keep down weight zippers and hems are all laminated. The helmet compatible storm hood does not stow in the collar but does feature a quick dry chin guard. There are Napoleon pockets on either side of the chest as well as a single internal pocket. Arc’teryx has also incorporated pit zips to assist in regulating temperature,
Available from Arc’teryx LEAF.

So get on the ball. The Multicam Combat Jackets that sold out immediately last year are back in stock and we don’t expect them to last for long.
