I constantly hear from military personnel that tell me their supply room won’t requisition a piece of equipment unless it has an NSN. Well, if you’re looking for something from SureFire, they obviously cracked the code. The list is extensive and covers every product category at SureFire.
The SureFire SF-BFA-556-M4 was engineered for the issue M4 carbine with 14.5″ barrel with carbine gas system and designed to mount on SureFire 556 muzzle devices.

During SHOT Show we got samples of the new SureFire Phone Case and EarLocks. We have a Phone Case for the Galaxy S5 and one for the iPhone 6/6S as well as EarLocks for the Apple EarPods or standard circular earbuds. Winner must specify which one from each category they want. EarLocks are a retention accessory for Apple brand earbuds, as well as most circular earphones. They slip over the earbuds, locking the buds into key places of the wearer’s ear. The EarLocks are made of hypoallergenic, medical-grade polymer, and are water/sweat proof.

Originally employed in the Fury P2X, Intellibeam technology has now been added to several new models including the Scout Light. The new M600IB’s beam will autoadjust between a minimum of 200 and up to 600 lumens depending on the conditions which is based on the reflectivity of the target rather than ambient light conditions. However, no matter what, you can override intellibeam with a second push of the button. Also available with Intellibeam are the P3X and R-1 Lawman.
The new FirePak interfaces with the SureFire phone case, offering from 15 to 1500 lumens as well as back up power for your mobile device. The idea is to use it for shooting video. The FirePak is controlled via Bluetooth by an app on your mobile device.
The coolest SureFire story is the new 9mm Ryder Modular suppressor. It’s made from a Titanium tube with a stainless baffle stack and is 7.9″ long. It uses the standard or the metric piston with right hand thread.
When you remove the module, it shortens the suppressor by 2″ and it’s still at an ear safe level for most loads. They will soon release a spacer so you can mount it to a sub-caliber carbine (9 mm).
SureFire is now offering a branded protective phonecase for Galaxy S5 and iPhone 6/6S smartphones. Made of high-density polycarbonate, the SureFire Phone Case is shock-absorbing, and is designed to serve as a secure mount for an as-of-yet unannounced SureFire product. My money is on a light and I don’t get very often.
Confirmed – This will be paired with the 1500 lumen SureFire FirePak illuminator/phone charger.
SureFire’s Warden Blast Diffuser is a muzzle device designed to direct the concussive blast of the muzzle forward, rather than to the side as found with many muzzle break devices. This not only reduces overpressure and flash felt by others to either side of a shooter’s firing position, but also aids in minimizing dust signature when firing from a prone position. The Warden attaches to any SureFire 5.56 or 7.62 SOCOM muzzle device using the same Fast-Attach system found on the SOCOM suppressor series.

The Genesis 762 is the first in the new SureFire Genesis series of sound suppressors. SureFire claims the Genesis is the quietest .30 cal thread-on suppressor ever built, with a listed sound report as low as 120 dB (when used with .300 BLK subsonic ammunition). It is constructed of stainless steel and Inconel, and features a front hex-head design, which allows for installation & removal even when mounted under an encompassing handguard. The Genesis 762 is designed for use with .300 BLK, .308, and 300 Win Mag, but also works well with 5.56mm.

SureFire’s SOCOM300 SPS Fast-Attach suppressor is, according to SureFire, capable of a sound report as low as 120 dB with the use of .300 BLK Subsonic ammunition. The SOCOM300 SPS is manufactured from Stainless Steel and Inconel, and features highly-specialized v-shaped baffles. Designed for use with .300 BLK subsonic and supersonic ammo, and is also effective for use with .308. 300 Win Mag, and 5.56mm.
