On February 24th, 2025, Envision Technology, LLC (Envision) was awarded a $249M firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract by the US Marine Corps for the procurement of Squad Aiming Laser (SAL) systems, Spare and Repair Parts, Contractor Logistics Support, and Test Article Refurbishment. The work will take place at Envision’s headquarters in Manchester, New Hampshire, and will continue until February 2030.

This seems like a big deal. Are they not an outsider?
It’s based on their MARS series of WMLRFs, but this time obviously without the LRF. It’s been competing with the RAPTAR-S & STORM in recent years and won some contracts, so they’re probably around to stay. Still not quite the juggernaut that Wilcox is; Envision Tek is more akin to Pixels on Target in that regard.
Envision was founded in 2019 by the old owner of Insight Technologies.
Yeah, odd that Wilcox hasn’t won any contracts with the Xe.
