U.S. Elite Gear is currently selling a limited edition Oakley SI Fuel Cell with a “Kryptek-like” Ultrablend Desert Sage Cerakote coat. The Black Iridum lenses exceed ANSI Z87.1 optical standards for impact protection, and provide 100% filtering of UVA, UVB, and UVC and harmful blue light up to 400 nm. The frame is made of stress-resistant O Matter material, painted and cured with Cerakote Generation II Firearm coating.

SOFIC 2014 – Oakley

Oakley has an interesting version of the SI Split Jacket called the Wind Jacket. Both of these models meet the ANSI standard and feature the patented Switchlock lens interchange system. The heart of the system is a removable, vented Unobtanium (rubberized) gasket to keep out sand and gunk.

Above, is another variant called the SI Ballistic Racing Jacket which comes out later this Summer. It offers full ballistic MIl-PRF 31013 standard as well as meeting the ANSI standard.
