Magpul Announces New DAKA Products

Magpul has announced the following new DAKA products:

DAKA Volume Pouch

At three liters, the DAKA Volume Pouch offers double the volume of the Medium DAKA but in a similar footprint. That extra space is thanks to the bellows which also allows it to stand upright in its own.

The wide mouth and water-resistant zippered opening allow the user to insert and remove items with one hand without having to hold it open with the other.

DAKA Field Tray Small and Large

The Field Tray is similar to valet trays in that it stores flat and has snaps on each of the four corners to raise the sides. However, the Field Tray is made from the robust DAKA material which is resistant to Petroleum, Oils and Lubricants, making it a great space to perform weapon maintenance. Magpul made it even better by adding a magnet in the bottom to keep small metallic parts from rolling away.

Accessorize with Tasmanian Tiger Pouches

Three new pouches to customize your backpack, vest, or chest rigs for greater tactical performance on the job.

Miramar, Fla. (January 2020) – Tasmanian Tiger®, a tactical nylon line of products distributed exclusively for the US market by Proforce Equipment, Inc., offers three new tactical pouches for greater modularity and customization on vests, plate carriers, or backpacks: the TT EDC Pouch, TT TAC Pouch 11, and the TT Digi Radio Pouch.

The TT TAC Pouch 11 is designed to attach to vests, medic assault packs, or chest rigs with a MOLLE snap button system (requires four MOLLE loops). The large main compartment is accessed through a centered zipper opening and features a functional divider and internal variable fixation points to store medical equipment. Lightweight, compressible, and with elastic side parts for plate carriers, the TT TAC Pouch in five-liter volume size comes in Black, Olive, Coyote, and MultiCam. MSRP is $54.95 and $64.95 for the MultiCam.

Tasmanian Tiger’s TT EDC Pouch is a tactical every-day-carry MOLLE pouch with a zipper closure for knives, multi-tools, and other smaller gear. The MOLLE hook and loop panels, additional loops, and four D-rings on the outside allow for the attachment of additional gear. Inside the main compartment are a flat insert pocket and elastic loops for securing gear and a large MOLLE hook and loop patch inside. There is a secret pocket under the hook and loop patch for sensitive documents and a transparent pocket for ID or important paperwork. The TT EDC Pouch is available in Black, Olive, Coyote, MultiCam and the new MultiCam Black for $39.95 (MultiCam and MultiCam Black are $44.95).

The third new Tasmanian Tiger pouch is the TT Digi Radio Pouch, a small, folding flap radio pouch that measures 6” x 3” (15 cm x 7 cm) for digital radio devices. The pouch can attach to a vest, carrier, or a pack with two MOLLE loops using a MOLLE reverse system. The pouch has an adjustable flap angle and a display protector, both made of vinyl. The pouch itself is made of durable CORDURA®. The TT Digi Radio Pouch comes in Black, Olive, Coyote, and MultiCam. MSRP is $24.95 (MultiCam $27.95).

Belt 00 is made in the USA from milspec, Berry compliant webbing, hook, loop, and hardware. Belt 00 uses heavy SCUBA webbing as a base. SCUBA webbing offers a superb combination of stiffness and flexibility for a stable, comfortable belt.

Belt 00 uses a steel G-hook for a low profile, secure closure that won’t create a pressure point under an outer belt. Low profile, unobtrusive, VELCRO® USA One-Wrap straps keep everything tidy. High Speed Gear Releases New ReFlex IFAK System and Duty Mini Multi-Access Comm TACO

SWANSBORO, N.C. – Jan. 7, 2020 – High Speed Gear® kicked off the new year with two new products, the ReFlex™ IFAK System medical kit and Duty Mini Multi-Access Comm TACO®.

These products were designed to meet popular demand and will be on display at SHOT Show 2020 in Booth 11162. While the Mini MAC is currently available for retail, HSGI® will fully launch the ReFlex™ immediately following SHOT Show.

The ReFlex™ is a two-piece system that was developed with direct input from active-duty medical personnel. This system is designed to organize and hold the contents of the U.S. Army-issued IFAK ambidextrous accessibility. The system comprises the ReFlex™ Carrier and Med Roll. The carrier can mount horizontally and vertically on belts, as well as on MOLLE platforms as small as our Operator Belt, while the roll can hang from a car head rest or IV rack without spilling its contents. These can be purchased together or separately.

The Duty Mini MAC TACO® was designed for the APX 6000/7000/8000 and will hold most other small, handheld radios and issued personal communications devices. The open-top and open-side design allows access to primary radio controls when holstered, while the hidden shock cord offers the versatility of the TACO® design in the sleek finish of traditional law enforcement duty gear.

Designed to integrate with the low profile 6/12 AGB sleeve and base belt lite, the Tac Belt features loop sections for securing the Modular v-ring and sewn on loop points perfect for attaching a non-load bearing carabiner.

The inside of the belt is lined with hook and will secure to loop style belts like the base belt lite. This belt is not a stiffened belt like the AGB and provides an ultra light and low profile platform to work from. Made in the USA.
