SEAL Commemorative Art Auction Results
Tuesday, February 12th, 2013We received this report about the auction of the one-of-a-kind art created by artist Ellwood T. Risk from a target shot 79 times (once for each fallen NSW member since 9-11) on 9-11 of last year by my friend, SOCS Dave Hall, USN, Ret.
The art was auctioned for $17,500 last Saturday. It was a huge success with the Gold Star families, widows and children of our fallen, as well. They loved it and loved to touch the bullet hole that was shot for their loved one. We will be moving into the print sales phase shortly.
