Crimson Trace Classroom range training

(Wilsonville, OR)—Crimson Trace, the world’s most recognized and purchased brand of laser sights and tactical light systems for self-defense firearms, has opened the doors of gun shop and range classrooms across America. The new Crimson Trace Classroom™ program has already graduated nearly 1,000 students with more classes scheduled. Those class graduates work at the counters of stores and ranges from the Carolinas to California—and all points between.

The educational and informative two-part classroom includes an in-class session where students learn details about lasers, Crimson Trace product categories, and much more. Participating students learn about laser sight fundamentals, accuracy, protection, training and improving confidence.

A second segment of the Crimson Trace Classroom training places students on the gun range where they shoot revolvers equipped with Crimson Trace laser sights. One segment of this intense range session includes shooting with glasses specially designed to inhibit vision, and the students learn to rely on the laser sight for aiming. It’s a very popular course that helps gun shop staff better discuss laser sights with customers—and those discussions are based on experience. Stores that have included the FREE training for staff are reporting better prepared staff—and better served customers. The staff who complete the course also receive a certificate suitable for framing.

Stores and gun ranges interested in scheduling a FREE Crimson Trace Classroom event are encouraged to call 800-442-2406. Most classes are conducted by the eight Crimson Trace regional sales managers located across America along with other Crimson Trace staff.

For more than two decades, Wilsonville, Oregon based Crimson Trace has provided America’s gun owners, and military units and law enforcement officers around the globe, with the world’s largest selection of award-winning laser sights and tactical light products. Crimson Trace now offers more than 225 products and is widely recognized as the world’s leading brand of laser sights for firearms. Rail-Ready Products from Crimson Trace

Friday, April 15th, 2016

(Wilsonville, OR)—Crimson Trace, America’s leader in making laser sights standard equipment on all self-defense firearms, offers a wide range of laser sight and lighting options for firearms equipped with rails. Handguns, especially many new models of concealed carry handguns, along with a growing number of long guns, come equipped with standard Weaver-style accessory rails, M1913 Picatinny rails, or molded-in rails. The Crimson Trace options to ride on those rails range from the small and powerful Rail Master® up to the Rail Master Pro™ and on to the Modular Vertical Foregrip® (MVF-515).

Crimson Trace’s Rail Masters are well known for being small, lightweight and easy to operate, and easy to secure onto the firearm’s rail. Packed with features, Rail Masters offer: Instant Activation, a 5-minute auto shut-off to conserve battery life because of inactivity, and either powerful green or red lasers. Nearly a half dozen Rail Master models are available, including one with a must-see coyote tan finish. Rail Masters can also be purchased pre-installed on some firearms, such as Browning’s .22 Buck Mark Black Label Carbon Fiber pistol.

Better news is that Rail Masters laser sights come packaged with four inserts as part of Crimson Trace’s Secure Lock Technology. This system permits placement in numerous locations on the rail to ensure the shooter has a best-fit for operation. This installation prevents slip offs that can occur with similar inexpensive models from other manufacturers. Three modes of operation with Rail Masters permits the user to select between: Constant-On, Momentary and Strobe laser. Crimson Trace’s CMR-206 Rail Master Universal green laser sight has an affordable Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price of only $229.

Crimson Trace’s offers another option for rails—the Rail Master Pro. These small and highly durable units combine the best of both worlds—laser and light. The CMR-204 (Green) and CMR-205 (Red) offer numerous operation modes: laser and light, laser only, light only and laser along with a disorienting strobe light. The red or green laser can be used along with the 100-Lumen LED white light, and this unit will automatically shut off after five minutes of inactivity.

For long guns with rails, such as the popular AR/MSR rifles, Crimson Trace offers the Modular Vertical Foregrip® with red and green laser versions available. These MVFs provide 200-Lumens of white LED light and can be cycled through three light modes, including strobe and constant on. For proper attachment, these units require at least four inches of accessory rail. Easy-to-operate side buttons simplify control and use.

Crimson Trace is widely recognized as the world’s leading brand of laser sight systems and tactical lights for firearms. All Crimson Trace products can be easily installed without requiring modification to the firearm—or special gunsmithing skills. The company offers more green laser sights for firearms than the rest of the firearms accessory industry combined. Full details on the 200-plus Crimson Trace products, and the Wilsonville, Oregon headquartered company, can be obtained by visiting www.crimsontrace.com or by calling 800-442-2406.
