Here are some photos of one of the Flat Dark Earth Gen 4 G21s from Lipsey’s. As you can see, the removable backstrap panels are Black. However, the Gen 4 G17 I also picked up has color matching FDE backstraps. The holster is from High Threat Concealment developed in conjunction with our friends at C2 Shooting Center. More on them soon but we will say one thing; 3-5 day wait times for holsters. The background is an issue Gen III ECWCS Level 4 windshirt.
Now that I have secured my selections, I’ll go ahead and tell the rest of you, Lipsey’s is exclusively offering nine models of Gen 3 & 4 GLOCK pistols in Flat Dark Earth. These aren’t the OD models previously produced by GLOCK, but rather an all new color. Interestingly, the G21’s backstraps will be Black rather than FDE.

Mounting mini red dot sights on pistols (GLOCKs in particular) has become very popular. Generally, you have to send your slide into a trusted gunsmith to do the cutout and mounting pin work.
Brownells has worked with Glockworx to stock a line of precut slides for the GLOCK 17. Variants are available for the Doctor (also accommodates Burris FastFire), JPoint, RMR as well as a model for standard iron sights. Regardless of sighting system, all versions of the slide feature front and rear cocking serrations, lowered ejection port, and porting above the front slide serrations. The slides are CNC cut aircraft grade 1704, heat treated stainless steel RC44-46 in a Black DLC coating.
Battle Comp Enterprises has introduced a new, replacement slide plate emblazoned with their logo for the GLOCK line of handguns. It is made in USA and easily replaced.
Team GLOCK is down to one member but that hasn’t deterred them from pre-launching GLOCKPerform, a new line of performance and lifestyle clothing for that shooter on the go.
The full line will be offered starting 12 April and we’re interested to see what all this will entail. Until then, you’ll have to get your GLOCK on with a hoody, four short sleeve and a lone long sleeve t-shirt design. But don’t dawdle. The pre-release sale ends on the 17th (and a not a green shirt in the bunch). Pricing is at or above industry standard so you might want to jump on these special “exclusive offer” prices.
