GoRuck Launches MACV-1 Jungle Rucking Boot

A few years ago, GoRuck released a clothing line, designed for those who participate in their various events. The clothing was a great companion for their highly successful pack line. Now, they’ve introduced a boot.

GoRuck assembled a team of three Special Forces Veterans with experience spanning over five decades to create a boot worthy of the company’s name. Weighing in at 14 oz (per boot), these ankle height boots, like the GI Jungle Boots which inspired them, are not waterproof.

Offered in a wide variety of sizes from 4-14, the MACV-1 ships in October.

GORUCK Clothing Now Available

The GORUCK clothing line announced earlier this year is now available. They’ve only released two garments: Rucking Shirt and Challenge Pant.  Apparently, the planned Simple Pant didn’t make the cut in pre-ordering.  GORUCK is very proud that these garments are Made in the USA.

Rucking Shirt


-Athletic fit similar to American Apparel tri-blend tee
-Stretchy, breathable, abrasion resistant fabric
-Seams are off the shoulder for added comfort under ruck straps
-Double layer cuffs are stretchy yet stay in place
-Reinforced performance collar for sun/cold protection
-Reinforced elbows (low crawl proof

Challenge Pant


-Technical pant with an athletic jean fit
-Cargo pockets zip securely to the back
-Diamond gusset for extra stretch during high steps and squats
-Fast drying, abrasion resistant, two-way stretch fabric
-Articulated knees for greater range of motion
-Horizontal front pockets to keep your stuff secure on the move
-Contoured waistband for better fit

GORUCK Introduces Clothing

GORUCK has taken the leap into clothing, introducing three garments: Rucking Shirt, Challenge Pant and Simple Pant. Like all GORUCK products, designs revolve around the events. Additionally, a point of pride is that the gear is Made in USA. If the pre-sale goes well, they are prepared to go all-in, with everything from base layers to shell gaments.  

  

Rucking Shirt


The Rucking Shirt is available in Dark Grey, sizes Small – XXlarge. Fit is similar to an American Apparel T-shirt.

Challenge Pant


The Challenge Pant is available in Dark Grey, Coyote and Olive, waist sizes 32-38.

Simple Pant


The Simple Pant is available in Dark Grey and Coyote waist sizes 30-38.

The new clothing is currently available on pre-order, although GORUCK hasn’t said when the pre-order period will end. Delivery is expected in December, 2015.

The Man Tie

GoRuck has long been known for overpriced military-style day packs. Now, they can also be known for overpriced MultiCam ties.

Available in Narrow (2.5″) and Classic (3.5″) widths, the Man Tie will look great at your next business meeting or just a trip out drinking with your boys.

Look for 60″ and 65″ lengths in MultiCam as well as the ever stylish Black and Sand. Interestingly, they are manufactured from Cordura; 500D if the tie is Black or 1000D if it’s Sand or MultiCam.
