StrikeMark – Digital Camera Picatinny Rail Mount

Friday, February 24th, 2012

StrikeMark is quickly becoming the leader in weapon mounts for cameras. Previous mounts have been designed specifically for the most popular personal video systems. But not everyone owns a Contour or GoPro so StrikeMark went back to the drawing board to develop the Universal mount.

The entire line of mounts is intended to allow you to produce Point of View videos. You can shoot first-person-shooter style videos or reverse the camera and watch yourself in action.

This new mount is CNC machined from 6061-T6 Aluminum and then black powder coat finish. Mil Std 1913 (Picatinny) compatible, it integrates a 1/4 x 20 thread to accept the camera. This is the same thread that is used on tripods.

Compatible with the Sony Cyber-Shot (Cybershot), Canon, Nikon, Pentax, Samsung, Casio, Kodak, GoPro, Contour, Panasonic, Fujifilm, Olympus, Insignia. Basically, if you can mount it to a tripod, you can mount it to this mount.

StrikeMark Glass Holder

Tuesday, November 15th, 2011

Once StrikeMark Targets released their affordable and extremely popular SM-1 target, one of the first things they set about to do was develop accessories to enhance the versatility of the system. Initially StrikeMark released a stand and now they have produced a glass holder. It is useful for training shooters to engage targets located behind windows or doors made of glass.

The new glass holder is designed to hold glass in a variety of shapes, sizes, thicknesses (up to 3/8″ thick and 18” wide), and at a wide range of angles. It is designed to mount to the target stand.
