80 Percent Arms Introduces GST-9 Ghost: First Truly Modular 80% Pistol Frame System

Friday, November 15th, 2019

Garden Grove, CA., (November 15, 2019) – 80 PERCENT ARMS, Inc., the nation’s largest manufacturer of 80% firearms, is proud of our history in challenging the status quo by releasing new products that have revolutionized the 80% lower industry. Today, we are continuing the tradition with the release of our new GST-9 Ghost: the world’s first truly modular 80% pistol frame system compatible with Glock® 19 platform components, as well as our patent-pending modular grips allow for easy conversion between compact and full size. We started by taking a close look at the famously reliable Glock® platform, diligently researched what was missing on the market today, then used our years of expertise manufacturing 80% firearms to develop the most shootable 80% pistol system from the ground up.

Based on extensive research and focus group testing, we also improved ergonomics by designing a contoured grip that improves comfort and helps tame recoil. The undercut trigger guard gives you a higher grip on the frame, thus lowering the bore-axis and reducing muzzle flip for faster, more accurate follow-up shots.

The GST-9 Ghost features several improvements over the time-tested Glock® platform, starting with the mating surface between the slide and frame. Frame rails have been extended three times their normal length for more repeatability, better accuracy, and controlled recoil impulse. Nickel plating improves reliability by reducing friction between moving parts in the harshest conditions, even after liquid lubricants have long since cooked off.

The GST-9 is centered around one thing: you. There is no one-size-fits-all solution to your mission. That’s why we designed the GST-9 to allow every shooter to build a frame that is tailor-made for them. Whether it’s a compact or full-size grip, a streamlined magwell for carry or a flared magwell for competition, we give you options. Build the frame you want for your mission with the 80 Percent Arms GST-9 Ghost.

Naroh Arms N1 Pro 9mm Compact Pistol Released at NASGW 2019

Thursday, October 24th, 2019

(Orlando, FL) – Naroh Arms is pleased to announce their newest product, the N1 Pro.
Following the success of their debut at NRAAM earlier this year, Naroh immediately began working on the newest iteration of their N1 product lineup, based in part due to market demand for a striker style trigger as well as a factory night sight option.

The entirely US designed and manufactured N1 Pro features tritium night sights and a short reset trigger, colorfully coated in “High Tide Blue” – a departure from the “Chili Pepper Red” trigger featured in the N1 debut model.

More than just an aesthetic change, the Pro trigger features a short take up and crisp break at just six pounds, with a single audible-and-tactile-click rearward reset which will feel familiar to competition shooters and striker gun enthusiasts alike. While offering a fresh interface for shooters, the N1 Pro trigger system maintains the robust and reliable DAO hammer fired system the N1 line is known for.

The N1 Pro is 6.1” long with a width of less than 1”, weighs in at a featherweight 16oz empty and just over 19oz loaded, and sports a seven round magazine available with flush fit and extended base pads – one of each is included with every pistol, and replacement base pads as well as spare magazines are available for sale.

The N1 Pro ships with three-dot steel night sights, and like the N1, is still compatible with all aftermarket G43/42 sight options.

Every N1 Pro ships with two magazines, an owner’s manual, and a cable lock, all contained in a hardcase, for an MSRP of $449.00

Dealers looking to carry the N1 or N1 Pro should contact RSR Group, Bill Hicks, or AmChar Wholesale to place their order directly or for those not working with these distributors, contact Naroh Arms directly at [email protected]  or 321-806-4875

Dan Wesson – DWX

Thursday, October 24th, 2019

The DWX by Dan Wesson combines the single action fire control group of a DW 1911 with the ergonomics and capacity of a CZ75 pistol.

According to Dan Wesson:

Its locked breech barrel system is simple, ditching the standard 1911 link system and using CZ-style takedown via the slide stop. The easier take-down will be familiar to any hammer-fired CZ owner, as is removing the Match-grade barrel due to the bushing-less barrel system that resembles a P-10 or P-09/P-07. Double-stack magazines boost the capacity of the full-size to 19+1 with flush bases, and many standard 1911 parts enable gunsmiths and competitive shooters to tune the X just the way they like it. Sights are easily customized, using a 1911-style dovetailed sight in the front and a CZ Shadow 2 style sight cut in the rear.

Offered in full size and compact models, in 9mm and .40.
