IA Blast Belt

Friday, May 25th, 2012

UK’s Intelligent Armour offers this Multicam Blast Belt made from 500D Crye Multicam Cordura consisting of an inner, sized riggers belt and an external armored, load carrying belt. It uses Dyneema to offer a ballistic rating equivalent to NIJ IIIA. The size and shape of belted armor systems cannot be tested to NIJ standards so firms utilize packages that are certified but in the belt shape.

With thousands upon thousands of potential patterns in Hyperstealth’s vault it will be interesting to see what else they release and how they name it.
