The new Foxhole bag from Helikon-Tex kind of reminds me of an update to the old USGI NBC Bag for carrying your MOPP suit.

This is the newest version of our original AIWB-Specific belt design, the Megingjörð PRO.
It is called the PRO because it offers an industry-first type level of belt-side retention design. This retention design applies to any holster system, and any clip version or style, although we highly recommend that you use our DCC Clips and/or our seraph duty-grade AIWB Holster system. This is an upgrade to the already well-tested stiff section which the holster system is attached to. You would attach your holster’s clips inside this section and when you tighten the belt through the double-loops this section provides a level of holster retention that will exceed any concealed duty grade retention requirements.
There is a PALS-style webbing section that allows for a multitude of various blade sheath clips, or anything else you would like to attach to this section for further retention and concealment.

If you carry AIWB (Appendix Inside the Waist Band) then you know belt choice is extremely important. Simply buying a thick leather belt is often the only option for many or going out and getting some tactical-looking belt with a huge buckle. Lysander MED Waist Bag provides a compact way to carry essential battlefield medical equipment. Its ergonomic shape allows it to fit below the plate carrier, a feature particularly useful when operating in tight spaces.
A zippered pocket on the front holds protective gloves while its external Velcro® panel can be used to attach a med patch. The main compartment closes with a two-way zipper and its soft Velcro lining can be easily configured with included dedicated strips for specific equipment. The USURPER Belt System from Shaw Concepts is a completely new look at war belts.
It is a two-belt system, but unlike anything else on the market. The stand alone inner belt is foam lined, surrounded by soft loop Velcro. This makes it more comfortable, with no sharp edges and can be worn as a uniform belt. Although it includes a D-Ring COBRA ProStyle 18kN Buckle, the belt is not currently rated for life support use. The buckle is included for its easy of use. The inner belt is also narrower at the buckle and becomes wider as it reaches the first belt loops on either side.
While the inert belt concentrates on comfort, the outer belt provides the structure to the system. It is lined with Velcro hook and locks up with the inner belt. It is held in place on either side via G-hooks. Additionally, areas at the front on either side are reinforced with Tegris.
At the weak side, there are angled PALS slots to cant your magazine pouches for easier access. Because of this feature, it is offered in right and left hand versions. There is also a carabiner attachment point incorporated into this panel. On the strong side is a setup for pistol mounting. In these photos, they’ve mounted an M320.
Along the top of the outer belt are three mounting points for suspenders. According to the founder of Shaw Concepts, he has designs on the drawing board but until that happens, there are quite a few options available from other manufacturers.
Additionally, they have incorporated PALS slots at half inch intervals for wider mounting options into the laser cut laminate layer of the outer belt.
