High Speed Gear & Comp-Tac WILL attend SHOT Show 2022

SWANSBORO, N.C. – January 12, 2022 – As long as there is a Shooting, Hunting and Outdoor Tradeshow (SHOT) High Speed Gear® and Comp-Tac® will be attending, displaying, entertaining and meeting in booth 75707.

High Speed Gear® and Comp-Tac® best known for the TACO® and extremely durable and reliable Kydex® Holsters, will attend SHOT Show 2022 in Las Vegas, Nevada, January 18th through the 22nd. SHOT Show is an annual event where industry leaders in the tactical gear, gun and first responder industry can present innovative products to consumers, trade ideas as well as exchange information with professionals who can benefit from the equipment.

At SHOT Show 2022, High Speed Gear® and Comp-Tac® will be in booth number 75707 along with new and exciting products The booth will be fully kitted with Gear, CT3 Holster Drawing Station, meeting space, our staff, and several events.

Knoxville, Tenn. (January 2022) – Tasmanian Tiger®, a tactical nylon line of products distributed exclusively for the US market by Proforce Equipment, Inc., is going ALL IN at the 2022 SHOT Show® this Jan. 18 – 21, 2022 and will be joining an incredible list of more than 2,000 exhibitors at The Venetian Expo and Caesars Forum in Las Vegas, Nevada. Tasmanian Tiger will be exhibiting its tactical nylon line of products at Booth 20221 (SHOT2) under its United States exclusive distributor Proforce Equipment, Inc.

Tasmanian Tiger will be featuring its latest products from its tactical nylon line. This includes its TT Modular Combat Pack. Based on the predecessor model, the TT Modular Combat Pack has a clean, new look, optimized features, and MOLLE hook-and-loop lining in the main compartment for customized modular add-ons. Designed for short-range excursions, this universal small combat backpack comes with two attachable front pockets with zipped compartments and elastic side pockets.

TT Medic Assault Pack MKII L

The newly announced TT Medic Assault Pack MKII L will also be on display at the Tasmanian Tiger booth. This is the largest TT medic backpack designed with an intelligent and clear interior divider system. It measures about 4 cm. (one MOLLE strip) deeper than the two smaller, previous models. The TT Medic Assault Pack MKII L can also be converted for plate carriers and vests using the adapter straps supplied with it for direct attachment. The stowable carrying handles help to quickly transport it in emergencies. The pack also features an inner detachable plate with elastic loops and internal variation fixation points to store medical equipment, a scissors bag, and clear inside pockets identified by colored hook-and-loop fastening. There are also integrated visual markers.

The SHOT Show is owned by NSSF, the firearm industry trade association, and is restricted to the shooting, hunting, and outdoor trade professionals and commercial buyers and sellers of military, law enforcement, and tactical products and services ONLY. The SHOT Show is not open to the general consuming public (e.g., private visitors, hunters, sport shooters, members of hunting and sports shooting clubs, etc.). Freedom over Money … Froglube Decides Not To Attend SHOT Show 2022

GREETINGS TO ALL OUR FRIENDS AND SUPPORTERS

It is with a degree of sadness that after 10 years of attendance, we have decided to end our presence at the annual National Shooting Sports Foundation SHOT SHOW in Las Vegas, NV.

Since COVID struck in 2020, FrogLube attempted to continue our participation in SHOT SHOW despite unlawful, cost prohibitive and convoluted restrictions imposed by the governor of the state of Nevada. We looked to NSSF to stand up for our industry and to pressure the state authorities into allowing our trade show to return to normal. As a small business, any attempt to engage in commercial interaction with our customers under constantly changing, unrealistic and absurd restrictions is cost prohibitive and places an undue burden on our company.

We do not question the reality of the COVID 19 disease, in fact, most of us have had it. At issue is that a disease is not sufficient cause for the removal of god-given/inalienable rights by any man, government agency or commercial enterprise. Does the governor of Nevada restrict trade show attendance for any other communicable diseases with transmissibility? FrogLube and NSF engage in free enterprise in an industry that uses individual rights as a selling point to attract people to purchase our firearms products. We find the NSF stance is mutually incompatible to the expression of both the 1st and 2nd amendments of the US Constitution. How can we stress the 2nd amendment at the show while yielding on the 1st amendment?

We did attempt to persuade the NSSF to cope with these issues, but we got no relief. We found ourselves stuck in an ethical dilemma, where we might have to choose to compromise on our company ethos in order to continue our attendance.

At FrogLube, we come from military and law enforcement backgrounds and we share lifetimes of service to our country, our citizens and the protection of their rights. For us, the decision is freedom over money. We choose freedom,
