Awhile back we teased the Team Wendy SAR Radio Rig. Now, it’s about a month out.
This is the final version of the chest rig which will only be offered in Black. It features laser cut PALS and comes with two PALS equipped pouches. One for the radio and a second for admin items. The front panel will still drop forward in order to view items such as maps which can be stored in a clear acetate compartment.
The harness is fully adjustable and the rear yoke has PALS channels in order to accept additional pouches, or a hydration system.
Team Wendy is also introducing the communication headset system for SAR applications. It’s an in-ear product made by Silynx and is available now.
Mystery Ranch has introduced a new tale webbing to certain models. Developed in conjunction with MMI Textiles, it uses MMI’s patented CTEdge to conceal and blend the edge, making the webbing stronger and thicker than your typical 55301 MOLLE webbing which uses solution dyed yarns. This allows for better pull strength, break strength and less slip through the buckles. The 1″ version also incorporates MMI’s exclusive High Blend of MultiCam to reduce any lattering effect that only 1 repeat of the pattern causes.
Along with the increased performance of the webbing, MMI print technology improves UV and abrasion of the ink for long lasting color in the harshest of environments.
This is available on a limited basis through MMI Textiles.

Designed to be lightweight, durable, breathable, and quick drying, the uniform is made from a Cordura NYCO fabric technology.

S&S Precision has unveiled their new Rhodesian Vest which is constructed from a waterproof laminate, backed by Tegris for structure.
The Rhodesian Vest is modular and scalable. The shoulder straps can be attached via split buckle or direct mount. Padding is optional. You can also see a horizontal MOLLE Panel for the front, although there is a hanger Admin Panel also available.
Here you can see the ergonomic rear harness construction. There is also hydration carrier available as well.
Finally, above you can see the waterproof bag which features PALS webbing at the front and tuck tabs at the rear as well as an oral inflation valve at the side. There is also a waterproof zipper which covers 3/4 of the side circumference.
