Blue Force Gear and Q Partner to Develop Silencer Pouch and Weapons Case

POOLER, GA., Feb, 2017 – Blue Force Gear®, the designer and manufacturer of the world’s finest weapon slings and tactical equipment, today announced a partnership with Q™ to create a custom silencer pouch for Q’s latest line of high-design silencers and a weapon case for its newest bolt-action rifle “The Fix.” The new silencer pouch and weapon case will be available beginning in June 2017.

SHOT Show 17 – Blue Force Gear Klaux Plate Carrier

Blue Force Gear’s new Klaux Plate Carrier is the latest evolution in its PLATEminus Plate Carrier line. The KLAUX sets itself apart from other armor carrier systems currently available by using a patent-pending quick attach buckle. This distinct emergency-release system is built directly into the front attachment points of the vest. This allows the vest to immediately release and can easily be shed when the user pulls the release cable (conveniently hidden beneath the chin protector.)

The KLAUX Plate Carrier also greatly reduces reassembly time. SHOT Show 17 – Blue Force Gear MARCO Cost Benefit Analysis

If you use chemlights for marking, you need to consider the new MARCO from Blue Force Gear.

MARCO is essentially a magazine for mini chemlights. The disposable cartridge carries 34 x 2″ chemlights is carried in this Kydex holster. A replacement cartridge is not only about a buck cheaper than the equivalent number of 4″ chemlights, typically used for marking, but you don’t have to take the time to tape them up in order to restrict the amount of light emitted.

The smaller 2″ chemlights are not only smaller and lighter, but they alos put out just the right amount of light. What’s more, the hole pattern on the holster will accept all of Raven Concealment’s belt mounting options.

SHOT Show 17 – Blue Force Gear MARCO Dispenser

Blue Force Gear’s Marking and Recognition Chemstick Organizer Dispenser – MARCO – is a more efficient, effective and compact way to carry marking lights for room clearing. With the MARCO dispenser, users can save critical time during preparation during
pre-mission tasks by not having to unwrap, tape and bundle chem sticks.

The dispensers design makes it simple for users – simply open the Mylar package with the pre-loaded dispenser, insert the MARCO dispenser inside of the belt or MOLLE holster and proceed with the mission. The design prevents the accidental activation of a chem stick, which can cause unwanted light.

In addition to being used during missions, the MARCO dispenser also has valuable application to the hunting world when out in the field trailing downed game at night.

The 2-inch mini chem sticks deployed from the MARCO dispenser provide the equivalent light of a 4-inch chem stick as seen through Night Vision devices and are self illuminating, continuing to glow rain or shine.

Sneak Peek – Blue Force Gear Hunting Sling

For those of you interested in a sneak peek of one of Blue Force Gear’s product releases for 2017 SHOT Show, this is the new Hunting Sling. Many of us use the Vickers Sling on our Black Rifles.
