Friday, January 27th, 2012Smith & Wesson has a new M&P15 MOE rifle This one is the M&P15 MOE Mid-Length MAGPUL SPEC Series with Magpul furniture and S&W/Magpul co-branded lower receiver (a forged lower based on the original Magpul billet lower). The MOE Mid- comes with the DVD set Art of the Tactical Carbine I and II along with the appropriate Magpul goodies.
More Magpul 870 Goodies
Thursday, January 19th, 2012Magpul introduced a couple of other goodies for their recently announced 870 stock and forend.
Seen here is the SGA 870 Receiver Sling Mount. They’ll also offer a cheek riser kit.
Although not in their 2012 catalog, Magpul had a demo shotgun sporting a tube mounted sling adapter as well.

All of the products have already been released via a variety of means and some items, such as the MS3 sling are already available for sale. All-in-all, these scans give you a better look at these items such as the SGA 870 stock.

A Few More Magpul Surprises for 2012
Monday, January 9th, 2012It seems that some Magpul promotional materials made their way onto the information superhighway over the weekend (these are from a handout, the actual catalog isn’t available yet). As you can see, the Magpul PMAG 30 M3 Maglevel combines compatibility with both US Mil-Spec and NATO STANAG magwells into a single magazine. Additionally, there is a Maglink designed to connect two of the new magazines together, although my favorite seems to be the new XTM Hand Stop. The AFG never quite fit me right.

Magpul Shotgun Accessories?
Friday, December 23rd, 2011That’s right, Magpul is going to release their first parts for the ubiquitous 870. Look for an MOE Forend (not compatible with Super Mag) and SGA Stock at SHOT Show in booth #20163.
The MOE Forend is a drop in replacement for the factory version and features extended length and front/rear hand stops. Since it’s MOE it’s compatible with current MOE rails, mounts, and accessories.
The SGA Stock features a spacer system for length of pull adjustment, improved grip ergonomics, recoil-reducing butt-pad, optional cheek risers for use with optics/raised sights, and other accessories.
