We received this report about the auction of the one-of-a-kind art created by artist Ellwood T. Risk from a target shot 79 times (once for each fallen NSW member since 9-11) on 9-11 of last year by my friend, SOCS Dave Hall, USN, Ret.
The art was auctioned for $17,500 last Saturday. It was a huge success with the Gold Star families, widows and children of our fallen, as well. They loved it and loved to touch the bullet hole that was shot for their loved one. We will be moving into the print sales phase shortly.
We’ll keep you posted.

The MultiCam Pattern website shared this cool photo of Red Bull Air Force skydiver, Jeff Provenzano‘s new MultiCam wingsuit. It’s an Apache Rebel made by Tony Suits and is crafted from Duro Textiles’ MultiCam Theta fabric. He’s already jumped from 13,500 feet and flew for 3mins and 20secs in this suit.
I spy with my little eye something that starts with the letter “P” in this video from Emirates Defense Technology Soldier Equipment.
Congrats Hyde Definition for having your Pencott Sandstorm pattern featured at the upcoming IDEX.
